1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with FunnyMeaning.
We work with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship all our products.
This policy explains how our shipping and returns work, so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
2. Order Processing
Each item is made to order.
Once you place an order, it goes into production immediately.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 5–18 business days depending on your location
Please note that production and delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons (such as holidays or promotions).
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the:
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship there at this time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and quantity of items in your order.
You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
We do not charge any hidden fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are made to order, we do not hold inventory or accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color).
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us at info@funnymeaning.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement through Printful.

8. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s fulfillment center.
You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@funnymeaning.com and we will investigate with Printful.
We will replace confirmed lost packages at no cost to you.
Please note that FunnyMeaning is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The order is lost in transit and confirmed by Printful.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after the issue is verified.
11. Cancellations
Because all items are produced on demand, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t yet been fulfilled.
